The Lower Brule Sioux Tribe Oto Kahe Teca (Vocational Rehabilitation Program)

The Oto Kahe Teca TVR program was established in 1996 through a grant award made possible by the Department of Education and Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.  The award falls specifically under the American Indian Vocations Rehabilitation Services project.

 

The purpose of the Oto Kahe Teca Vocational Rehabilitation Program is to help individuals with disabilities achieve a suitable employment outcome.  The individual must reside on the Lower Brule Reservation and be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe.
